Your space USA & Canada From $30

A trainer in your living room beats any gym membership.

In-home personal training on Group Fit means a certified coach travels to your home for a one-on-one session. You don't drive anywhere. You don't pay a gym monthly. You don't share equipment with strangers. The trainer brings the programming, cues, and coaching; sessions run on your bodyweight or whatever kit you already have.

It works in detached houses with garages, condos with amenity gyms, basement apartments, and backyards. In most major cities across the USA and Canada the trainer will come to your unit, sign in through the concierge if needed, and run a real session in your space. For activities that don't need much equipment (HIIT, calisthenics, yoga, boxing on pads), the floor space in a living room is often enough. Want to skip travel entirely? Virtual sessions deliver the same live coaching over video, or browse every format on the personal trainer near me page.

Pricing starts from $30 per session. Final price is set by each trainer and depends on the activity and your time slot.

    Why in-home

No commute. No membership. No excuses.

    Zero commute

The trainer's commute is yours saved. A 6am session at home is realistic; a 6am drive to a gym usually isn't.

    Your space, your pace

Train in the room you're most comfortable in. No waiting for equipment. No fighting for floor space.

    Programming, not classes

One-on-one means everything is for you. The plan adjusts to your goals, your injuries, your schedule.

In-home training is a fit if:

You live in a major city (USA or Canada) with active Group Fit trainers.

You have a living room, condo gym, garage, basement, or backyard you can train in.

You'd rather lose the gym commute than save $30 a month.

You want the same coach week to week, not a different trainer each session.

You're rehabbing an injury and want focused one-on-one programming.

You're a parent trying to train during a kid's nap window.

    Questions

    In-home training FAQ.

    What is in-home personal training?

A certified personal trainer comes to your home (or condo gym, building amenity floor, or backyard) and runs a one-on-one session there. You don't go to a gym. The trainer brings the programming, cues, and coaching; sessions use your bodyweight or any kit you already have.

Do I need any equipment at home?

Usually no. Most activities can be programmed with just your bodyweight. If you have basic kit (bands, kettlebells, dumbbells) or a home gym, even better. Tell the trainer what you have during booking.

Do trainers come to apartments and condos?

Yes. Most clients in major cities train in their unit, their building's amenity gym, or their backyard. For condo gyms, your building may require the trainer to be signed in as a guest; the trainer will coordinate that with you.

How much does in-home personal training cost?

Sessions start from $30 (CAD in Canada, USD in the USA). Final price is set by each trainer and depends on the activity and time slot. Pack discounts apply. First session with any new trainer can be free using the FREE code.

    Which cities have in-home trainers?

Group Fit has in-home trainers across the USA and Canada, and the network grows every week. Each trainer sets their own service area and travel radius, so the fastest way to see who covers your area is to enter your address in the app. If no in-home trainer is nearby yet, virtual sessions are always an option.
