Virtual Personal Training.
Live video sessions with a certified coach. Train from home, a hotel, or wherever you are in the world. Real coaching, real-time feedback. Sessions from $30.
A real coach, on video, for half the friction.
Virtual personal training on Group Fit is a one-on-one session with a certified coach over live video. You're not following a recorded class. The trainer watches your form, corrects you in real time, adjusts the workout to whatever space and equipment you have, and progresses your program from session to session.
It works for clients who travel often, work from home, live somewhere a trainer can't physically reach, or simply prefer the privacy of training in their own space. You can run a full strength program with bodyweight only, a HIIT session with a single kettlebell, or a yoga session with no equipment at all.
Pricing starts from $30 per session. Each trainer sets their own virtual rate in the portal.
Three steps. On video.

What is virtual personal training?
Virtual personal training is a one-on-one session with a certified coach over live video. The trainer programs your workout, demos each movement, watches your form, gives real-time cues, and tracks progress between sessions. You train from home, a hotel, an office gym, anywhere with a phone or laptop.
Do I need any equipment for virtual sessions?
No. Most trainers can program full sessions using just your bodyweight. If you have basic kit (a band, a kettlebell, dumbbells), let the trainer know during booking and they'll factor it in. Some specializations like strength training go further with equipment, but trainers will tell you upfront.
Are virtual sessions cheaper than in-person?
Often yes. Many coaches price virtual sessions lower than their in-home rate. Final pricing is set by each trainer in the portal. Sessions start from $30.
Where can I take a virtual training session?
Anywhere with a stable internet connection and enough space to move. Most clients train in a living room, basement, hotel room, or office gym. The trainer can adjust programming to whatever space you have.
How is virtual training different from a YouTube workout?
A YouTube workout is a one-way recording. Virtual personal training is one-on-one and live: the trainer watches your form, corrects you in real-time, progresses your program week to week, and is accountable to you showing up. It's a different product entirely.
