    Who can join the referral program?
    Anyone. Create a free account on Group Fit, then open the 'Refer' menu to copy your unique referral code and share link.
    How do my referrals get tracked to me?
    Tracking is automatic through your unique link or code from the Refer menu. New users MUST sign up using your link or enter your referral code when creating their Group Fit account. Group Fit cannot link referrals after an account is created without your code.
    How does promo code FREE work at checkout?
    Promo code FREE is a checkout discount for new users. Entering FREE at checkout gives them 1 session for $0 with any trainer. They can use it once per trainer, across multiple trainers, to find the one they like best before booking paid sessions.
    How do payouts work?
    Referral payouts are processed securely through Stripe directly to your linked bank account once your referral completes their first paid session. There's no limit on how much you can earn.

    Referral bonuses are issued at Group Fit's sole discretion upon verification of eligible booking activity. Group Fit reserves the right to modify, pause, suspend, or terminate the referral program, bonus amounts, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

    All payouts are subject to audit and verification. Group Fit reserves the right to withhold, decline, void, or reclaim bonus payments if fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, booking manipulation, or violations of Group Fit Terms of Service are detected.
