Can I book in-home, studio, or virtual?

Yes. Each coach lists what they offer. Many do all three, so you can switch any week. For studio, you choose how far you're willing to travel.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule from the portal. Cancellation rules depend on how close to the session, check the booking screen for details.

Is the first session really free?

Yes, use code FREE on your first session with any trainer. Try as many coaches as you like until you find your match.

How are trainers verified?

Every trainer's government-issued ID is verified through Plaid before they go live. Trainers select their certifications from a list of recognized bodies (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CanFitPro and more) and may declare liability insurance on their profile, this information is self-reported. Background checks are available on customer request.

Can I see a trainer's certifications?

Yes, every profile lists certifications, experience, what they offer (in-home, studio, or virtual), insurance status, and reviews from real sessions.

How do reviews work?

After every completed session, customers leave a star rating and a short review. These appear on the coach's profile.
