FAQ
Muay Thai questions, answered.
Can complete beginners learn Muay Thai?
Yes. Your coach starts with stance, the teep and the roundhouse kick, then adds elbows, knees and clinch work at your pace.
Is Muay Thai a good workout?
It's demanding full-body conditioning. Pad rounds train cardio, power and coordination at the same time.
Do I need to fight or spar?
No. Most clients train for fitness and skill. Sparring and fight preparation are optional and planned with your coach.
How much does a muay thai session cost?
Sessions start from $30 (USD in the USA, CAD in Canada). Each coach sets their own price, and multi-session packs save up to 25%. Your first session with any coach is free with code FREE.
Where do muay thai sessions take place?
Wherever suits you: at your home, condo gym or a local park, at the coach's studio, or live over video. Each coach lists what they offer. Enter your address in the app to see who is available near you.
