FAQ
Wrestling questions, answered.
Who books private wrestling coaching?
Youth and high-school wrestlers building skills, combat-sport athletes adding takedowns, and adults who want a demanding workout.
Can wrestling sessions happen at home?
Technique and conditioning can, if you have mat space. For full takedown practice, many clients choose a coach's studio.
Do I need wrestling shoes?
They're recommended for grip and ankle support on mats. Your coach will confirm what to bring for your session.
How much does a wrestling session cost?
Sessions start from $30 (USD in the USA, CAD in Canada). Each coach sets their own price, and multi-session packs save up to 25%. Your first session with any coach is free with code FREE.
Where do wrestling sessions take place?
Wherever suits you: at your home, condo gym or a local park, at the coach's studio, or live over video. Each coach lists what they offer. Enter your address in the app to see who is available near you.
