The platform shows trainers available at that time in your area or virtually. 2. Pick a trainer. Review profile, certifications, photos, ratings, pricing. 3. Book a single session or buy a discounted multi-session pack. 4. Pay securely with credit card. Receive booking confirmation and reminder. 5. Train with your coach. Rate the session afterward. The customer mobile apps and web portal handle the booking, payment, messaging, scheduling, and post-session review flow end to end. --- ## How it works (trainer) 1. Create profile: bio, photos, intro video. 2. Add specializations and per-specialization pricing. 3. Set day-of-week availability, service areas, radius, and virtual fallback. 4. Add certifications from the curated library (CPTN, NASM, CSEP, ACE, ISSA, others). 5. Identity, certification, and bank verification via Stripe and Plaid. 6. Go live, get discovered, accept booking requests within 4 hours. Trainers are paid their session earnings minus Group Fit's commission (rate in the Trainer Terms). Trainers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their declared credentials. - Identity, bank, and tax information verified via third-party providers (Stripe, Plaid). - Background checks are not standard.
